PRIVACY STATEMENT, Legislative Decree of June 30, 2003 no.196 Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree of June 30, 2003 no.196 ("personal data protection code") the personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the following: – such data will be provided for commercial purposes and for purposes of direct sales and marketing and for commercial, promotional, statistical information purposes, by processing in accordance with pre-established criteria; - certain data are required to carry out the order, and the refusal to provide them will mean that you cannot receive the goods ordered; - other data (e.g. telephone number, age) are optional and enable the company to offer an enhanced service to the customer; - in no case will the data be made known or circulated; - the data may be communicated to persons specifically assigned as employees or other collaborators to carry out the processing necessary for or associated with the transmission of advertising material and to execute the order, and to third parties who carry out or provide specific services closely connected with the implementation of the contractual relationship, such as: - companies offering data entry or personalised message enveloping services; call centres; - Poste Italiane S.p.A (Italian Post Office); - companies providing payment services; - website provider and its collaborators; - the customer/user is entitled to the following, without delay: a) confirmation of the existence of personal data relating to him or her, even if not yet registered, and communication of the same data and of their origin, purpose and processing procedures in an intelligible form, and in the logic in which the processing is based; b) the identification details of the Data Controller and of the Data Processor; c) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of any data processed in violation of the law; d) the updating and rectification or, where appropriate, supplementation of the data; e) a declaration that the operations referred to in letters c) and d) have been brought to the knowledge of those to whom they have been communicated, save where this is impossible or involves the use of means clearly disproportionate in relation to the right protected; f) to know of the existence of any data processing relating to him/her, by enjoying free access to the register referred to in article 37 of Legislative Decree 196/2003; g) to freely object to the processing of personal data for advertising material and direct sales purposes.
